Product Introduction

There are two standards in the car charging pile industry, the national standard 16A and the national standard 32A. For different currents, the rated current of the selected relay will also be different. The car charging pile has slow charging and fast charging. The cost of slow charging is lower than that of fast charging. Slow charging Relays are used, while high-voltage contactors are used for fast charging, up to 7kv when working, and the power consumption is high at the same time. Now the main advantage is the slow charging. The slow charging 16A standard generally uses a 40A relay.

IM-SP401A is a single pole normally open small high capacity 32A 40A PCB Circuit Board Relay, It can withstand 1000A 1ms/three times short-time over-current, with the characteristics of low temperature rise, low power consumption and cost-effective design. Widely used in electric vehicle AC charging station, solar inverter and small UPS power supply (uninterruptible power supply).

    1.1 The biggest differences between this new energy relay and traditional latching relay or power relay are:
    the wider contact distance and stronger dielectric strength of 4000Vac instead of 1500 /2000Vac.
    So the contact distance can be 3mm or normal type.
   1.2 The nominal voltage of coil are 12Vdc and 24Vdc with the low power consumption of 1.8W or 3W.
   Plz note that you should drive the circuit/coil with step-down voltage to ensure power consumption of 1W~1.5W.
   1.3 Two poles of contacts of this relay, it means it can control 2 circuits and the default status is 2A- normally open.
